Perrin is very passionate about mental health and wellness and believes it is her calling to help women foster positive, healthy internal conversations as they navigate their journey through life.
Perrin founded “My Mirror Talk”, a women’s health and wellness dialogue forum, on November 6, 2019. The My Mirror Talk platform was designed to help women expose and defeat the negative self-talk women tend to have when “looking in the mirror”. My Mirror Talk helps women find the true value within despite what we or others have planted in our thoughts about us. The transparency within the platform gets to the root of negative self-talk to conquer the self-hate, low self-esteem, self-doubt, self-sabotage and other areas in our life where we feel or believe that we are inadequate. Perrin’s personal goal is to LOVE, VALUE and have HEALTHY self-conversations about what we see when we look in the mirror. The MY Mirror Talk platform is utilized to encourage and motivate women to push pass negative self-talk and become the best version of themselves possible. Perrin’s life mantra is “Talking to yourself is not crazy…it’s necessary
Perrin is taking her passion for mental health and wellness to the next level and will be pursuing a degree in Behavioral Health Science as a Clinical Therapist with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
