This space is designed to help women expose and defeat the negative self-talk we give ourselves when we “look in the mirror”. Together, we will find the true value within ourselves despite what we or others have planted in us. Let’s get to the root of our negative talks...and with God’s strength, we will conquer the self-hate, low self-esteem, self-doubt, self-sabotage, and other areas in our life where we feel or believe that we are inadequate.
My personal goal is to LOVE, VALUE and have HEALTHY self-conversations about what I see when I look in the mirror and I want the same for you!
